I tried Neat Image Demo for three weeks & was happy with it. All of a sudden when I opened new image the color would become faded?? I Purchased Neat Image home version and the first time I tried it it is doing the same thing. What's wrong.??

I guess you adjusted the image viewer and those adjustments were not reset afterwards. Please use this button

to open the viewer adjustments window and reset the settings there.
