Downloading the Pro version

I might be doing something dumb: I have paid for a Pro MAC version, but I can't seem to get into the download page. The login won't recognise me. 
Please excuse the delay: we sent out the download instruction 2 hours after your purchase. The instruction contains your license, it will let you download the software.
