I know that I'm probably just slow, but I have been using Neat Image Demo and just purchased the home version. I have jet to get NI to load any profiles that I have downloaded from here. I constantly get messages that both the presets and profiles are not found. I've tried about every option and cannot for the life of me get it to work. Can anyone help a dummy through this please!
