In September 2005 I purchased Neat Photo from PNLogic. I received one update and then nothing. Since then the company seems to have ceased trading.
Is Neat Image the same program? Was it purchased from PNLogic? If so, are my registration details still valid?
From reading about Neat Image, it appears to be very similar to the program I purchased - which I use almost on a daily basis.

No, our product, Neat Image, has nothing to do with "Neat Photo". I do not have any information about "Neat Photo" nor "PNLogic". You may want to contact them and/or their seller (there should be information about them in your receipt) and check what they can offer you.
Neat Image is a noise reduction software that is present on the open market since 2001. There may be other software that attempt to do the same or to look the same, but it is just an imitation.
