When I auto profile an image and go to advanced the Noise reduction amounts are y 60% Cr 100% Cr 100% regardless if the image is 200 iso 0r 1600 iso I assume that I am doing something wrong? TIA

No, everything is correct. Noise filter settings you describe specify HOW MUCH (in %) of the detected noise should be reduced. This is specified in the Noise Filter Settings tab.

On the other hand, in the Noise Profile tab you build noise profiles and profiles specify WHAT is noise in specific images, with ISO 200 or 1600 or anything else.

The HOW MUCH part depends only on your personal preferences. You may want to reduce more or less noise. The WHAT part depends on noise analysis only.

The HOW MUCH part does not depend on WHAT part. That's why when you change a profile, the filter settings do not change. They do not depend on profile, they depend on your personal preferences.

Hope this helps.
