Trouble Installing Neat Image into Adobe Photoshop 6

I have tried both methods suggested in Neat Image but no sucess. Grateful for any suggestions

Which edition of Neat Image you try to install in Photoshop?

Which version of Neat Image is it (version number, for Mac or for Win)?

Thanks Vlad for reply. I was trying to install Neat Image 5.8 Home+/Stand alone. I suspect my technique has something to do with it as I do not think I know how to correctly copy the .8bf file from NI installation folder. The second method suggested in NI did not work. I am using Windowsa XP.

If you install NI using its standard installer, it will do that for you automatically and you will not have to use those manual methods at all.

I recommend to re-download and re-install the Home+ edition using the original download instruction and that should do it all.
