Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have to admit, I'm not very good with these software programmes. However, my Canon SLR does have the regular Noise problem and have noticed this is a great solution.

However, I'm still not 100% happy with the results - minor artefacting (or still noise - not sure if I understand the difference) if you view the image at 1:1 size.

Can anyone suggest maybe some adjustments to the settings from the default canon profiles that might clean these up? (FYI I'm a registered user of the software so this is saving at 100% quality.)

Thank you for posting the complete images. Could you please somehow identify or point out the imperfections you are writing about? That should help me understand what is the problem and how to approach it.
