I have just recently purchased the pro + edition and when using the plug in or the stand alone version, the image I see is so dark I almost can't see anything on it??? I have tried changing the YCRCB to RGB but that doesn't help. I can't seem to find any answer to this question on line- any help would be apprecitated!

Anyway, have you made any adjustments to the viewer in Neat Image? Check this section of the user guide for details about viewer adjustments.
If there are no adjustments there please make a screenshot of Photoshop, image opened in Photoshop and Neat Image window showing the same image. If you cannot make a screenshot please make a digital photo and e-mail it to support.
