Neat Video & Neat Image community

I am using PSE2 on Mac OSX. After downloading the filter and following the instructions in the how to install text file, PS still does not load the filter. There is no error message. It just does not load. Has anyone had/resolved a similar problem?

ps.. I searched the forum and did not notice anyone else with this issue.

I recommend to directly contact support by e-mail in such cases.

Please e-mail me back with more details on the following: which install package you downloaded, how and where you installed the plug-in, what is the name of the plug-in that you/installer added to PSE2, to which folder in PSE2, whether you restarted PSE2 after that.
