PS Elements 6 system list error

Had to reinstall PS Elements 6 (mac) and after adding Neat image plugin to folder, every time PS is opened it sends a message that neat image, unknown version, has not been installed. However plugin is listed in filters and operates. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Did you simply add the plug-in to folder or actually installed Neat Image using the original package? Did you try to repair the disk permissions?
Please try to remove Neat Image completely, make sure PS no longer complains, then re-install Neat Image using the original package.
