When I use Neat Image Pro on a file and try to open it with Canon DPP, it always tells me there is a problem and needs to shut down.
I reinstalled the DPP software but to no help. DPP works fine on all other files but those processed by NI.
Any ideas what I can try?
If this has already been addressed, would some direct me to the link?

Which version (number) of Neat Image Pro edition is it? Which version of DPP? Are those the latest versions? Can you e-mail me a sample (an image before and image processed by NI that makes DPP fail)?
