Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have a lot of pictures from this camera but it broke. I need noise profiles. I am having difficulty finding areas for Auto Profiling. This is very important to me. My daughter passed away just before this camera broke. Please help.

I feel for you. My condolences.

I will try to help you. Please e-mail me (the e-mail address is in my forum profile) several images produced by the camera in different modes (like with different ISO rates - you can see the ISO rate of an image when you open it in Neat Image) with largest available flat areas. I will build several profiles for different camera modes and then you will try to use them with all those images.
