As far as I understand, Win/64 version (for $79.9) doesn't include standalone application?
So, if I want to use standalone application AND CS4/64 plugin, I should pay twice, but if I use CS4/32 plugin, I could pay only once?! Is it normal? Photoshop costs ONE time for BOTH versions...

The 64-bit version is a plug-in for Photoshop CS4 only.
