Just wondering if anyone has created a profile for this camera yet?

Is in fact quiet easy when using the profile generator included in Neat Image.
Just take the pictures with your own camera of the calibration target at the various ISO settings you have and let the application itself handle the batch creation of profiles.

You might even want to send them in for others to use.
