problem while filtering in a queue job

Hi,

I wonder why filtered images look different, depending on filtering them manually or in a queue job. Looks like a gif image with a limited number of colours.

Take a look at the examples. Same noise profile and filter preset were used.

Thanks Vlad!
I might do that if you tell me which support you mean. But I think I will use Neat Video instead of Neat Image Jobs anyway.
Can you tell me why Neat Image does that?

Hi Neat Image support,

Could you share with everyone on the forum how to resolve this issue?
I believe it could save you and users a lot of time instead of asking everyone to send you a separate email.

Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Sleepy

Hi Sleepy,

It is organizationally better to diagnose and resolve that issue on an individual basis. In each case, solution may be different. Please kindly contact us by e-mail.

Thank you,
