Why is it that when I open an input image in Neat Image, I show very little information.
All it shows is:
"Software: ACD Systems Digital Imaging"
Do I need to take my photos in RAW format in order to get all the data information?
Thankk you,
EXIF Information
Normally, JPEGs received directly from digital camera also contain many EXIF details and Neat Image shows them. Perhaps those images that you work with have been already modified and probably stripped of EXIF by ACDSee? Please try to open in Neat Image an unmodified JPEG image obtained directly from the camera.
Thank you,
Vlad

.Oh, I never thought of that. Wouldn’t you know it, I usually don't download my photos to ACDSee, I usually use PSE. Thank you, I will remember this the next time I download my photos.
