Match profile can not load in batch procession

I'm also newbie to NI. Batch processing can not load auto-batch profile in queue job but it can load in PS workflow for single image. Í wonder so much about this.

Please help me on this. Thank in advance

Please send a message to support [at] neatimage.com and describe your workflow in details in case of using the batch and in case of using PS. Also, please provide all noise profiles you use for matching. Finally, please make screenshots of the error messages you receive from NI. That should be enough to let us reproduce the same effect and find a solution.
