64-bit Standalone?

Will the current 32-bit standalone run as a 32-bit app under Vista/Win7 64-bit?
If not, will there be a 64-bit version? I don't use PS, so the 64-bit plugin there isn't of use for me, and I'd surely hate to have to go to another NR program.
