Viewing Images problem

When I load an Image, i don't get the picture with correct values. All colours are wrong. This completly wrong values are in all 4 steps including the output image. when I store the image the resulting image ist correct. What is my fault. My pictures are generated with an Pentax K20D and I'm using the pictures out of cam.

Do those images have any non-sRGB color profile in them?
Could you send an example image to support [at] neatimage.com? We would check what is happening.
