Just got a new computer. Now I need to get neat image on it. Purchased NI in April of 2006. Tried to download that version, but it asked for usnername and would not accept what I thought it was. I do still have the registration code from before. What do I need to do now? Thanks for your help!
Your original license and download instruction should still work. If you follow that instruction word by word and it still doesn't let you in then please kindly send an e-mail to sales [at] neatimage.com and we will help.
