Neat Video & Neat Image community

Just upgraded to the Pro 6.0 version. Wanting to do a batch job, I unchecked the setting that allows the filtering window to display, in order to start loading my image list.

The problem is that when NeatImage starts, the filtering window refuses to display. I'm on Windows 7, so when I hover over the NeatImage icon, Windows 7 shows a small display of the filtering window, but I cannot maximize it...

... or access any of the Options menus. It's in a deadly embrace...!

Well... I answered my own question.

It so happens that if the property of the shortcut is set to start the run in a normal window, as it's the case with all programs, the window won't display.

The property needs to be set to maximized. Oh well...

You can also try to start Neat Image with the Ctrl key pressed on the keyboard. That should bring the windows back to view and help you resolve the problem.
