32 bit pro+ vs. 64 bit pro

what is the difference between the 32 bit pro+ and 64 bit pro? Which one is better?

32-bit Pro+ works in PS CS4 32-bit, but not in PS CS4 64-bit. It also includes standalone which works in any Windows (32 or 64).

64-bit Pro plug-in works in PS CS4 64-bit, but not in PS CS4 32-bit.

You may want to download the Demo editions of both 32-bit and 64-bit versions to see which one works with your version of Photoshop.
