I ordered last Saturday (31 January, pro+ version), and the money left my account on February 2. As I do not have the order number, I can not use the complaint form on the order website. What do I do, to get the goods I payed for?

I have lost my ordercode and my download info is not coming
On Jan 30, after receiving your order, we sent you an e-mail with a request for confirmation. We have not received any reply to that request. I guess it was lost in the spam folder in your yahoo account. I have re-sent that e-mail two more times today.
