Neat Video & Neat Image community

I've been a customer for many years, and when I bought a new laptop, installed it there and it worked great. After a few months all of a sudden it reverted back to the demo version and I cannot get it to go back. I re-entered the serial numbers but nothing works. WHat gives?

Please make a screenshot of the plug-in window and send it to support [at] neatimage.com. Perhaps it is indeed Demo, not Home or Pro (separate download).
