Color band in Calibration Target

I was shooting the CT display from my LCD display to generate profiles at different ISO setting. But when I set the ISO to 3200 and 6400 the pic show a slight color shift to yellow across a few of the squares. The band moves to a different position if I shoot a series of shots. I tried a other option of Saving the Target to a file but when I display the Target it show a gray scale image instead of color. What am I to do???
