Transfering neat Image from CS4 to CS5

I have updated from CS4 to CS5 but cannot transfer Neat Image upwards. I have tried various ways but none work.
Ideas please.

CS5 is probably 64-bit and old plug-in is 32-bit, that cannot work together. I recommend to upgrade to the latest version of the plug-in that supports 64-bit CS5.
