My name is Adisorn Ungsatthaphan who ordered the Neat Image Pro plug-in Photoshop/Mac, order number U1312567001. The payment was wired via your informed, JPMorgan, on July 20, 2010, under the payer's name Laksana Ungtthaphan. So far, I have been informed that the payment has not been received yet. Even the receipt copy was faxed and attached to you by mail. Currently, I was confirmed by the issuing bank that the wired payment was perfectly done.
