.....Pro+ into Gimp.
Copy the plug-in (C:\Program Files\Neat Image\NeatImage.8bf) to GIMP's 8BF subfolder, which can be somewhere like: C:\Program Files\GIMP\App\gimp\lib\gimp\2.0\8BF\
and then the plug-in should be available in GIMP.
