I have a MacBook Pro with a 2.4 Core Duo processor. I upgraded to 4 GB of ram after I received the "Not enough Ram" message. Neat image will not process even a very small file. My computer has always operated perfectly. Does anyone have a answer to this dilemma?

Have you installed the Intel version (correct for an Intel Mac) of the plug-in or PowerPC version (incorrect for an Intel Mac)?

Thank you,
Vlad

Got me thinking there Vlad. I'm not sure. Might I have downloaded the wrong one. Are both available in the Mac download? Thanks for the response.

How can I check and correct the situation?

Thanks for the prompt response.

Yes, there are two versions available in the download area. Please log on there using the original download instruction and then select the Intel version, simply install it over the current PowerPC one, it will replace it.

Thank you,
Vlad

Tadum!

Outstanding support Vlad. I really brain faded on the Intel Vs Power PC issue. Shoud have known better. It's working as advertised.

I really appreciate your help and look forward to playing further with Neat Image.
