V7 filtration task info missing

Am I missing something ?

When I start a batch job the filtration task info in the main screen shows all the details of the 1st image including elapsed time etc.

After the 1st image this all goes blank. There is no info, no thumbnail, everything has 'n/a' in it?

With V6 you get all the info for each file as it is being processed

I cannot directly reproduce such an effect.

Could you please e-mail to support [at] neatimage.com a screenshot or two showing the whole Neat Image window including that task panel with and without info in the above scenario?

I hope this will help understand what is going on, why there is no information.
