How to install Neat Image on another computer

I have neat image (plug in version for Photoshop) installed on my work computer, as well as my home computer. Now I need to install the home installed version onto my new home computer. How do I deactivate the program on the "2nd" computer (the home computer) to be able to install it on the new computer?

I would like to do the same thing. I just built a new home computyr and would like to install Neat Image an it as well as Neat Image for video. Please advise me on how to do it. Thanks.
