Can anyone tell me if NI 4.3 is compatible with Lion, CS5 and a 12 Core MacPro? My PowerMac G5 died recently and I have had to replace it with a New lion machine. I can't seem to get my NI 4.3 to work with my CS5 upgrade.

4.3 is very old. The latest update of v4.x is v4.7. It should work with 32-bit CS5.

Regarding CS5 and its default 64-bit mode, you would generally need the new v7 of the plug-in to support that.
