Plug-in installation for PS/CS6

I have both CS5 and CS6 installed on this MacBook Pro 8,2 and I was trying to install the Neat Image plug-in for CS6 and it only installs into CS5. How do I get it installed on CS6?

Please start Photoshop CS6, go to menu Preferences > Plug-ins, enable Additional Plug-ins Folder and select this folder:
/Applications/Neat Image for Photoshop/
Then restart Photoshop. This should make Neat Image available.
