Neat Video & Neat Image community

I'm trying to install the NI plugin into Photoshop Elements 10.

Elements does not recognize the plugin when launched. I've copied the plugin into almost all of the directories I can think of.

Elements/plugins
Elements/plugins/filters

None seem to work... I have several other plugins that seem to work and load fine.

I'm installing on a new Windows 7 64-bit machine. I've have NI installed successfully before on OTHER machines.

I'm trying to install the 64 bit version of the plugin.

Please tell me what files need to be where to ensure operability with Elements 10.

Photoshop Elements 10 is 32-bit, so it requires 32-bit plug-ins. It cannot use 64-bit plug-ins.
