Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hello,

I have a problem when filtering an image of less than 800*800 pixels, 16Bit, with transparency. Something is calculated, but nothing appears on the screen.

It works fine when one side is at least 800 pixels wide or with any other combination of 8/16Bit + w/wo transparency.

Please e-mail us (to support [at] neatimage.com) a sample image allowing to reproduce the problem in Photoline. We will check if the problem originates in NI itself or in Photoline.

Thanks a lot, it worked fine in a different version of PL. So this is a topic for the Photoline-support.
