Neat Video & Neat Image community

I always seem to have trouble upgrading to the next release of NI. This one is no exception!

I down loaded the Mac PS Plugin and now it says it is running in demo mode and that it cannot handle 16 bit images!

How do I get it back on track?

OK, I got a message from Vlad and I was able to upgrade. For others who may come behind me with the same question:

1) you need to go to the e-mail you got when you bought NI and use that link. It will download the proper (and unlocked) version of the program.

2) Do not d/l the versions from the main NI website, as they are demo mode programs!

Yes, please always use the original download instruction that comes with the license.
