Neat Video & Neat Image community

Good day! I was bought Neat Image Pro plug-in for Photoshop (Mac) 7.3
The program was set to Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 (purchased in the AppStore) installation is successful. Plugin successfully added to the following location(s):
/Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor.app/Contents/Plug- Ins/

But when trying to run Neat Image Elements in a message
Neat Image plug-in could not initialize the data structures.
Please reinstall Neat Image using the original installer and then try to use the plugin again.
Reinstalling does not solve the problem. What's the problem?

Hi. I have precisely the same problem. I am guessing it's a stupid sandboxing issue, but I'd like to know whether there is a way around it, or is the only option to purchase the stand-alone version of NI?!
