I just tried repeatedly to download the latest update (7.5) for Mac and could not using Firefox. I could not log in. However, using the exact same log-in credentials, I was able to log in and download using Chrome.

Just an FYI for everyone....

It didn't work not because of Firefox but because you tried to log on to an incorrect download area initially. After switching to Chrome, you chose the right area and it worked.
