Here's a link to the 2.6 MB .zip file for the Canon 5d2 camera with embedded noise examples:
http://www.canprint.org/Misc/140227_5d2 ... -25600.zip
The .tiff's were generated from ACR 8.3 as 16-bit ProPhoto color-space, uncompressed. Sliders for Basic, Clarity, Saturation, Vibrance, Sharpening, Noise Reduction, and Lens Correction were zero'ed / disabled. Pv2012.
ISO's include 1/3rd stops from the "Regular" 100 to 6400, and Extended ISO's for 50, 12,800, and 25,600.
The differences from the existing Tif from ACR for the 5d2: Includes extended ISO's (50, 12800, 25600), and used ACR8.3 with PV2012.
It may or may not be an improvement / update to the existing .dnp, or may be pretty much the same.
