Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi,
I've installed the latest version of NeatImage plugin for windows. All goes well and I accept the default settings for installing the plugin in Photoshop. When I start Photoshop CC there isn't any entry for NeatImage in the Filter Menu. Now I know it used to work but I've just reinstalled all my software onto an SSD. Any suggestions?

Do you start the 32-bit version of PS CC, the 64-bit version of PS CC or you don't know for sure?

Sheesh, it was that simple Thank you Vlad for the heads up. It was starting 32 bit so I changed it to the 64 bit version and all is now ok. Why do they install both versions? Can I just uninstall the 32 bit version? Anyway, thanks for your help and solution, greatly appreciated

The installer of PS does offer some options about that, you may want to check it. By default it installs both versions.
