Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi all,

a few months ago I updated from Neat Image 6.1 Pro+ to version 7.3.0 pro and uninstalled the former version.

Now, if I open Photoshop Elements 11 and try to access the plugin, in approximately 7 out of 10 attempts I get the attached message. If I then click on "ok" the old version opens and works like expected. I'd however rather use the new version

I have to close and reopen PSE several times until the new version appears. So far I couldn't find a reproducable way to reliable open tzhe new version.

Any hints how I could avoid that behaviour? Which folders do I have to clean up etc?

I am on a Windows 7 64b system.

Meanwhile my system-SSD died, therefore I think I don't Need an answer on this question anymore. Will do a clean reinstall of everything
