Panasonic FZ200 RAW 200 ISO profile

I have downloaded this profile set for my FZ200:-
RAW with ACR

for RAW images converted with Adobe Camera Raw
When I apply the 200 ISO profile in Photoshop Elements 11 to an RW2 file:-
DMC-FZ200 (ISO200; SharpNormal; 4000x3000; WB Default; 1by15s).dnp
I get an enormous amount of blurring.
Other profiles, for other ISOs, seem to work normally; applying good levels of noise reduction.
Am I doing something wrong?
