Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hello All,

I have made my own profiles and seeing some strange things I cannot explain.

When I start neat image plugin in photoshop I see the correct profile correspondending the camera and ISO under "Device noise Profile"

In Quality I see 91% and in Match (AP)

When I click on "Match profile" I get:
Quality 95% and Match 100%

My first question would be is auto profile better than Auto Match which gives beter results (thats how I interpret this)

Is it possible to let NI select always the Auto Match option because whatever file I check the Auto Match option gives the better Quality and Match figures.

I changed some settings in preferences under profiling but what I do I never see the figures from Auto Match default after starting the NI filter only after clicking on the Auto Match button.

Please see the user guide's section 5.4, which describes Action settings. Those determine what the plug-in does on startup. Perhaps your Action settings are not set correctly, which leads to the results you observe. Please read that part of the user guide and check/adjust those settings.
