Need Help-Keeps crashing

Need some help, I purchased Neat Image Pro some time ago for my Apple Mac, working great, just tried to use it again and when I try to open a few photos at once it crashes, so tried 1 photo at a time, it crashes..can anyone give me some advice as to what might be happening..
I tried to install it again but it is still doing it...

As far as I know nothing happened, It will filter some images but not others, I get some images from a free photo site, which I also contribute too with my own photos for free use and have been for some time...the site is called (pixabay).
When I open a problem photo it shuts down, and a panel comes up with a report it sends off to apple..
Is there any way I can send you one of the photos I have had trouble with so you can see what might be happening?????

At first I thought it might have something to do with batch filtering but I have ruled this out...
