Neat Video & Neat Image community

OK - downloaded the demo, and installed it (32-bit) under Windows 8.1

Ran PS Elements 13, Edit>Preferences>Plug-ins and checked Additional plug-ins folder choosing C:/Program Files(x86)/Neat Image for Photoshop/

Checked various 'OK's and then re-started PS Elements.

Nothing. Not a sausage - Neat Image does not appear in Filters menu...

Repeated everything. No change.

Help!

Oh, and copied .8bf file to Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements 13/Plug-ins/

Still no filter!

Your version of PSE13 is 64-bit, so it requires the 64-bit plug-in, not 32-bit one.
