Installing Neat Image v6.1 to PSE14

Has anyone installed the Neat Image plugin to PSE 14? I cannot seem to get Neat Image to show in my filter menu in PSE 14.
I currently have Neat Image v6.1

It might work if you add the plug-in (NeatImage.8bf from C:\Program Files (x86)\Neat Image\) to the Plug-ins sub-folder in PSE 14 folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ (where the 32-bit version of PSE 14 resides). Please note that it will not work in 64-bit version of PSE 14. To support that you will need to upgrade to Neat Image v7.

I am not sure if PSE 14 is 32 or 64-bits. how do I find out?

Open the menu Help > System Info, it should show that in one of the first lines.
