Query if current Nuke script is using Neat license

Hi,
Is there a way to tell if current Nuke script is pulling a license? Just having a Reduce Noise node doesn't really mean it's pulling a license. Sometimes, even after closing the Neat GUI, it's still pulling a license. But when the neat node is deleted, it releases the license. We prefer not to do that because there are settings in the profile we'd like to keep. So is there a way to tell from Nuke Python that the current script is drawing a license? Thanks!
