Can Neat Image remove scratches on printed card?

I have printed cards that have a lot of scratch, they are only visible when looking at a particular angle, but when I scanned them, all the scratches became visible. Can Neat Image remove them?

No, that kind of defects is not reduced by Neat Image.

Hi Lansing,
Have you come across Silverfast Scanning software ? It allows you to clean up your photos etc in the scanning phase or has a PS plug in scratch and dust remover.
It works an absolute treat.

Hi I have Silverfast, its dust remover is used mainly for film dust, not scratches like these.
