Hello Guys, how can solve this problem?

Have you tried clicking on the Full Screen icon, the square, top right corner of that screen?

The "distortion" you are seeing is because of the "shape" of the NV window opened on your screen. If clicking to go Full Screen has no effect, try dragging the top edge of the window upwards and/or either of the side edges inwards. I think you need to make that window as near to "square" as possible.

No, the reason is different.

It talks about FCPX, but the same reasoning applies in this case.

Something is still unchanged and interlaced then. Do you apply the effect to the clip in the timeline?

Please make screenshots of the project settings and whole window of Vegas (showing the viewer settings).
