Hi
I have optimised the OFX plugin, which is giving me:

Best combination: GPU only (AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT): 8.52 frames/sec

But when I render it's approx 1 frame a second.
It doesn't seem to matter if I chose CPU, the speed seems to remain the same.

Is there any thing I can do to get better performance?

I followed all the suggestions.
I am getting 10% efficiency on Flame.
Does that seem consistent with your own experience?

In our tests, we saw 20-30% in Flame on Mac. However when we used node "Import" instead of "Read File", the efficiency increased to 66%.

The efficiency may depend on codecs, frame size, other elements of the project.
